About the authors

THE AUTHORS

Research and entrepreneurial experience.

VBM Sprint® combines research rigour with experience in building and scaling businesses. We make the authors' contributions and the limits of institutional affiliation clear.

The authors of the methodology

01 / METHODOLOGY

Dr Adam Weinert

Researcher · Co-author of VBM Sprint®

Responsible for rigour in the design of the methodology, the research instrument and the principles used to draw conclusions. In VBM Sprint®, he distinguishes evidence, interpretation and hypothesis, and defines the limits of automation.

02 / PRACTICE

Łukasz Nawrocki

Entrepreneur · Co-author of VBM Sprint®

An entrepreneur with practical experience in scaling organisations, profitability and sales systems. He brings the owner's perspective: capital allocation decisions, the business's dependence on people, and the tension between growth and its capacity to provide returns to its owners.

Institutional affiliations

An author's background does not imply institutional endorsement.

Academic and professional affiliations identify the authors' experience. They do not imply that a university, employer or other institution endorses VBM Sprint®. Publications, speaking engagements and researcher identifiers will be listed alongside specific materials after their sources have been verified.
